3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Respond to requests for approvals, content, and access credentials in a timely manner.
- Maintain ownership rights for all content, images, logos, trademarks, and materials supplied to Linked Digital Services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business.
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines, campaign performance, and deliverables.
4. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Client-owned content remains the property of the client.
- Linked Digital Services retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, systems, workflows, software configurations, custom automations, methodologies, and internal intellectual property.
- Clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their business upon payment in full.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of LDS proprietary materials is prohibited.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party providers, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Microsoft, WordPress, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Twilio, OpenAI, hosting providers, and social media platforms.
Linked Digital Services is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, platform errors, pricing changes, algorithm updates, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are governed by the applicable client agreement, proposal, invoice, or service contract.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are due upon receipt.
- Recurring services are billed automatically according to the agreed billing schedule.
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
- Outstanding balances may incur late fees as permitted by law.
Clients remain responsible for third-party advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting fees, domain registrations, and related expenses unless specifically included in a service agreement.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the cancellation provisions outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Linked Digital Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client:

- Fails to pay invoices.
- Provides fraudulent information.
Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
